Return and Exchange Policy

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and your request must be made within 30 days of your purchase. If the item was purchased by the case, unopened bags are permitted. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email support@ecopeaco.com to begin the return process.

REFUNDS  (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it is approved. If applicable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or your account, within 10 days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale or items on promotion cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange your purchase due to sizing or preference, send us an email at support@ecopeaco.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
